I began my career in real estate in 2005 with Coldwell Banker and received the honor of Rookie of the Year in the Greater Washington Region in 2006. My husband, Ralph, joined me in real estate in 2012. Ralph and I joined Weichert Realtors in 2017 to continue our positive approach of accomplishing clients' real estate goals. With my background in education, interior design, furniture sales, and sales management, my expertise is in helping sellers prepare their homes to be market ready so that their property will show at its best to buyer prospects. When working with buyers, my attention to detail is focused on listening to their wants and needs and researching to find them the best house at the best price in the current market. Both sellers and buyers have complimented Ralph and me on our knowledge, patience, research work, and negotiation skills. Ralph spent 33 years as a land surveyor for Patton Harris Rust and Associates where he was a Vice-President in the company. His knowledge of surveying, home construction, and the mechanics of a home are invaluable when guiding a prospective seller through preparing a home for sale or a buyer through home evaluation and understanding the intricacies of home ownership.
